We require a full payment at time of Booking– for both accommodation and fine dining

Payments may be paid by EFT (banking details available on invoice) or by Credit Card, Mastercard or Visa. (5% Surcharge)

Please be aware of our cancellation policy before accepting accommodation at our Kloof establishment.

Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 13 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show or premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged – no refund is possible.

Check-out from 07h00 to 10h00

Late arrival due to travel arrangements must kindly be arranged please. A WhatsApp with confirmation from our boutique bed and breakfast will suffice.

Earlier Check-in could be possible – just ask, a fee may be charged, as with late Check-out.

Late Check-out without pre- authorisation will incur an additional nights charge

Breakfast on week-days from 07h00 until 10h00

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 08h00 – 10h00

Fine Dining

Additional meals may be ordered 24 hours in advance.

*Lunches 12.00 until 14.00

*Dinners 19.00 until 21.00

Smoking not allowed in any of our rooms.

There are designated smoking areas outside, so please use that only.

“Single reservation” means one person in the room only.

“Double reservation” is for 2 people in the room only.

*Only paid guests on the property for the safety of yourself and other guests.

No food may be brought onto the property without prior consent
